Click and Collect is a great way to get your supplies directly from BikeSportz, and no need to wait for the delivery to arrive. Here’s how it works: first, navigate to the BikeSportz B2B website then, add the items you need to your cart and checkout as usual. When you’re checking out, select Click and Collect as your delivery method.

For this reason, we ask that customers wait for the second ‘ready for collection’ email before picking up your order. This ensures that the team have put your order together and your item(s) are ready to go.

Once you have found the product(s) you are looking for simply add to your shopping cart and checkout with Click & Collect.
After you have checked out you will receive a confirmation email of your order. Please print out a copy of this email to bring with you when you collect your product(s).
When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an e-mail. Visit BikeSportz during opening hours with a copy of your order confirmation to collect your order.
When will my order be ready? At BikeSportz, we know that your time is valuable. That’s why we aim to have your order ready for collection within 1-2 business hours. After you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that it’s ready to be picked up.
What do I need to bring with me to collect my order? When you come to collect your order, please be sure to bring your invoice number with you. This number is required in order to collect your order.
What happens if my order isn't ready when I arrive? Ensure you wait for the second ‘ready for collection’ email before proceeding to BikeSportz. This will ensure the team have put your order together and your item(s) are ready to go.
If you arrive and your order isn’t ready, our team will do their best to prepare your order for you as quickly as possible, during this time you are welcome to look at the products on display in our showroom.
Can I change my order to delivery? Yes! Contact our Sales Team on 03 9586 1600 or sales@bikesportz.com.au and our team will be able to arrange delivery of your order. Please note that shipping costs will apply.
Can I change or add to my order? As we endeavour to have your order ready to collect within 1-2 hours, we have a small window in which we can make amendments to your order. You can simply create a new order or contact our sales team as soon as you’ve placed the order and we may be able to make amendments.
How long will you hold my Click and Collect for? Your order will be held for 7 days from the time your confirmation email is sent. We will send 2 follow up reminders, after this time items will be returned to stock and your order will be refunded. If you can’t collect your order within the 7 day period. Please contact the sales team on 03 9586 1600 or sales@bikesportz.com.au to notify us and avoid your order being cancelled.
